Mac OS version of Jaws PDF Creator 4.0 released
Positive Focus is pleased to announce the availability of Global Graphics’ Jaws PDF Creator v4.0 for Mac OS.
The latest version, now compatible with the Tiger (10.4) OS, follows the earlier release of Creator v4.0 for Windows and Jaws PDF Server 4.0, as part of a major upgrade program to all products in the range.
Jaws PDF Creator is a low cost, fully featured generation tool that allows creation of quality PDFs of controllable specification from any printable application or from pre-existing Postscript or EPS files. It is noted for its speed and reliability and, in the latest version, introduces advanced features which make it especially applicable to the graphics and desktop publishing applications favoured by professional Mac users.
The ability to create files conforming to the PDF 1.5 specification.
Incorporation of product settings supporting creation of PDF conforming
to Ghent Work Group (GWG)-compliant profiles (v2 and v3), including PDF-X.
Support for Mac OS X 10.4.The Mac version is now upgraded to same level as Windows product (without Microsoft Office macros).
Mac and Windows versions of the product are now 'synchronised'
Priced at £47.00 for a single user license, with quantity reductions, Jaws PDF Creator 4.0 is available for electronic download, with a watermarked version available on a try-before-you-buy basis.
