JobManager
3.5 is a production management system allowing the creation
of estimates, collection of production data, job tracking, cost
calculation and billing. It shares a database and integrates closely
with VirtualTicket, so changes made in one application are reflected
in the other. It monitors utilisation of physical and time-based
resources, improving efficiency and profitability.
The powerful central database uses SQL Server technology to provide
a reliable platform which can be interrogated by any networked
PC or Macintosh (including OSX),
using highly configurable form based queries. In the case of VirtualTicket,
most of the client facilities can also be accessed via the internet.
Optional plug-ins for QuarkXPress and Adobe Illustrator
allow drag and drop automation and look-up of digital asset information
from within the desktop application.
Concurrent licensing means the client software can be freely distributed
but only the licensed number of clients can log on to the server
at any one time.
We have demonstration facilities and trained staff at our Shepperton
Technical Centre and we offer training for administrators and
operators and can help generate electronic 'paperwork' and forms
on a contract basis.
