XMPie

There are four XMPie™ modules:

	uPlan™- This is the planner. Use it to define the business "rules" for each campaign. If a picture of a car is required, the plan will specify who gets the economy model and who gets the GXL with full leather interior. A "wizard" helps you set up the database structure needed to drive the campaign, while the business rules are written in SQL. uPlan works interchangeably with all database formats including multi table relational databases.
	uCreate™- This is the design component. It’s a series of "plug-ins" for the software packages you use every day including: Adobe InDesign Adobe GoLive & Macromedia DreamWeaver With drag-and-drop simplicity, your designers embed Dynamic Objects from uPlan into their layouts. They don’t have to give them a second thought. They can proof the changing content right on their desktop.
	uProduce™- This is the production dashboard. It links the layouts, database, and media assets through an easy Web-based interface. uProduce provides powerful server technology that automatically generates the PDF, PML, and VPS needed for print and HTML and DHTML for email or Web. Using uProduce, you generate a file stream of any size that can be sent over the Web to a digital printer or an email blaster.
	uGen™- This is the rapid devleopment tool for creating web-enabled XMPie PersoanalEffect campaigns. Web-enabling camaigns essentially allows the agent to use the web for accessing document templates, customising these as needed, and issuing production and distribution requests for filtered recipient lists. Using uGen, the process of creating the applications that control the web enablement is much faster and simpler. Creating campaigns centrally while allowing for "local" customisation nd production is the core descipline behind "web to print" or "digital collateral systems". Examples include automobile manufacturers that create campaigns that allow their affiliated car-dealers to individually customise the content and distribution lists. uStore™ provides the functionality of uGen in an out-of-the-box storefront, ready to skin with your own identity.
